Rental Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all rental agreements between Zetta and the renter. By confirming a rental order, you agree to be bound by them.

Rental Period The rental period is as specified in your confirmation. Extensions must be requested and approved in advance.

Payment & Deposit A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. Full payment is due prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Equipment Condition Equipment is inspected before dispatch. Inspect upon receipt and report any pre-existing damage within 24 hours.

Permitted Use Equipment must be used only for agreed purposes by authorized personnel, following manufacturer guidelines. Modification, subletting, or use outside the agreed scope is not permitted without prior approval.

Damage & Loss You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. Costs will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced accordingly.

Return Equipment must be returned in original condition with all components by the agreed date. Late or incomplete returns will incur additional charges.

Cancellation Cancellation terms are outlined in your rental confirmation. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start date may be subject to a fee.

Liability Zetta is not liable for injury or damage arising from the use of rental equipment. Operators must be adequately trained and comply with all applicable regulations.
