Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our products, all returns are subject to review and prior authorization.

Eligibility Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unmodified, and returned in original packaging with all components included.

The following are not eligible for return: items that have been powered on, configured, or deployed; items damaged through misuse or unauthorized modification; custom or special-order items; and software or digital products.

Process Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where applicable. Do not ship any item back without written authorization. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders Document any damage at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
