Self-Developed Quadrupeds, Compact to Industrial

GENISOM builds its own joint actuators and its own software stack. The L1 is an ultra-compact 15 kg quadruped running at 3.7 m/s on twelve self-developed joint modules; the L1-W is its wheel-legged version, rolling at 5.5 m/s and clearing 60 cm obstacles.

The M1 is the industrial flagship: a 16-DOF wheel-leg hybrid carrying 30 kg continuously — close to a 1:1 load-to-weight ratio — running up to 5 hours or 29 km on dual hot-swappable batteries, with IP67 sealing for dust, rain and brief submersion. Every model is available in a fully loaded EDU configuration with Jetson Orin NX up to 100 TOPS, Livox 3D LiDAR, RealSense depth, GNSS, 5G and an open SDK.

Charger

Standard charger

Built to move where people and wheels can't.

A legged robot goes up stairs, over curbs, and across ground a wheeled unit can't cross — and the wheel-legged versions roll fast where the ground is flat and step up where it isn't.

Key capabilities

Self-developed from actuator to SDK

Own hardware, own software, and an environmental envelope that covers indoor demos through freezing outdoor site work.

Self-developed full stack & EDU

  • Own joint actuators (48 N·m on L1, 180 N·m on M1) and own software
  • Open SDK, ROS2 API, SLAM, autonomous navigation, MATRiX simulator
  • Every model available fully loaded (EDU): Jetson Orin NX up to 100 TOPS, Livox 3D LiDAR, RealSense depth, GNSS, 5G

Legged and wheel-legged mobility

  • L1 runs 3.7 m/s on legs; L1-W rolls 5.5 m/s and clears 60 cm obstacles
  • M1 hits 8 m/s in wheeled mode and crosses 80 cm obstacles
  • All climb 40 to 45-degree slopes

Extreme-environment endurance

  • The M1 runs from −20 °C to 55 °C, working through freezing winters and peak-summer heat with no downtime
  • IP67 sealing and amphibious operation shrug off dust, rain, mud, and shallow water
  • A 30 kg continuous payload carries tools and gear across demanding site and outdoor work

— COMPARE EDITIONS

GENISOM L1 vs L1-W vs M1

L1 and L1-W share one compact 15 kg chassis — legged and wheel-legged. M1 is the larger industrial platform: 16 DOF, 30 kg payload, IP67 sealing and up to 5 hours of runtime.
